Seabrook Island is a coastal barrier island along the North Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean. Easily accessible via I-526 and the Betsy Kerrison Parkway, Seabrook provides a comfortable, quiet, and beautiful retreat for you and your family. This gated community proudly boasts multiple golf courses, a fully-outfitted equestrian center, and miles of pristine South Carolina coastline. Located just a few miles from Bohicket Marina and Freshfields village, enjoying your time at the beach has never been easier or more convenient. Our beaches are open to families of all ages, and your pets too!
When you are on the beach, you will notice the marked vehicles of Barrier Island Ocean Rescue, also known as the Seabrook Island Beach Patrol; the organization that provides CCLA-accredited lifeguarding, licensed emergency medical response, and code enforcement for the Town of Seabrook Island.
