Natural Bridges is a scenic beach known for its iconic rock arch, vibrant tidepools, and monarch butterfly migration. Visitors can enjoy wildlife watching, picnicking, and exploring tidepools at low tide. The beach is part of the Natural Bridges State Marine Reserve, a “no take” area—collecting marine life is prohibited. Tidepool access on the upcoast side can be hazardous; rocks are slippery, and rising tides may block your return. Wear sturdy shoes, check tide charts, and never turn your back on the ocean. Lifeguards are on duty seasonally. If entering the water, check in with the tower lifeguard for current conditions. Beach Hours: Sunset - 8AM
