A High Surf Advisory is issued when waves reach threshold criteria for a particular island and shoreline.


A sign with bold red text at the top that says "Advisory" with iconography that depicts large, powerful surf conditions. Under the iconography, text says: "High surf can cause serious injuries or drowning. If in doubt, don't go out."
